Leadership is not about who speaks the loudest, nor who makes the biggest promises. It is about who has spent years understanding the institution, learning from its victories and failures, building relationships, and knowing what it takes to move an organisation forward.

At a time when the NPP needs experience without arrogance, authority without intimidation, and strategy beyond rhetoric, the question is not simply who wants to lead?

The real question is: who is prepared to carry the weight of leadership?

Sometimes, the future does not announce itself with noise. It emerges quietly from years of preparation.

I hear people saying Boakye Agyarko is a disciplinarian and a conservative, and that he will bring DISCIPLINE to the party.

Fair enough.

But if winning elections is not only about DISCIPLINE, then perhaps we should make BOAKYE AGYARKO the Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee.

Because when the ultimate selling point is discipline, maybe the Disciplinary Committee is where that strength is best put to use.
