The Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) is pivoting towards a human-centric model to improve public trust and tax compliance.

Staff of GRA recently completed a two-day workshop on Social and Behavioural Change Communications (SBCC), organized in collaboration with the World Bank Group and the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO).

Minister of Finance, Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson, made an unannounced visit to the Osu Taxpayers Service Centre (TSC) on Monday, December 8, 2025, accompanied by Top Management of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA). The visit aimed to boost revenue mobilisation efforts and encourage staff to meet their targets.
