General information
EUCLID is among the world's few intergovernmental universities. It was by convention between States in 2008, and has its charter and statutes published in full in the United Nations Treaty Series (treaties.un.org). Its historic headquarters are in Bangui, but EUCLID is operationally and official based in Banjul (Gambia) with diplomatic and university status since 2013.
