Yesterday was a truly special experience for us, as we had the pleasure of being hosted at Alexakis Winery in beautiful Crete. Alongside an exquisite w**e tasting, guests also enjoyed a unique tasting experience featuring different varieties of honey, creating a beautiful harmony of flavors and aromas.

You’ll need:
• Olive oil
• Orange juice & zest
• Cinnamon, clove, nutmeg
• Flour & baking powder
• Walnuts
• Honey syrup (honey, water, sugar, cinnamon stick)
Steps:
1️⃣ Mix wet ingredients + spices.
2️⃣ Add flour until a soft dough forms.
3️⃣ Shape into small oval cookies.
4️⃣ Bake until golden.
5️⃣ Warm honey syrup and dip cookies while hot.
6️⃣ Top with crushed walnuts.
Pure honey transforms them into magic. ✨
