(English below ⬇) สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงเอเธนส์ จัดงานเฉลิมฉลองวันอาเซียน ประจำปี 2569 ในสาธารณรัฐเฮลเลนิก
เมื่อวันที่ 7 สิงหาคม 2569 สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงเอเธนส์ จัดพิธีเฉลิมฉลองวันอาเซียน ประจำปี 2569 ณ ทำเนียบเอกอัครราชทูต โดยนายสธน เกษมสันต์ ณ อยุธยา เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงเอเธนส์ ในฐานะประธานคณะกรรมการอาเซียน ณ กรุงเอเธนส์ สมัยปัจจุบัน (ASEAN Committee in Athens: ACAT) ได้เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดงาน โดยได้กล่าวถึงการรวมตัวของอาเซียนภายใต้หลักการของมิตรภาพและความร่วมมือ และการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอาเซียนกับสาธารณรัฐเฮลเลนิก และอาเซียนกับสหภาพยุโรป
นาย Dimitris Skalkos Secretary-General (เทียบเท่าปลัดกระทรวง) ด้านเศรษฐกิจระหว่างประเทศ กระทรวงการต่างประเทศสาธารณรัฐเฮลเลนิก และประธานขององค์กร Enterprise Greece ได้แสดงความยินดีและชื่นชมความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอาเซียนและสาธารณรัฐเฮลเลนิกที่เติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยเน้นความสำคัญของการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือโดยเฉพาะในโลกปัจจุบันที่มีความท้าทายรอบด้าน
ผู้เข้าร่วมงานประกอบด้วย เอกอัครราชทูตหรืออุปทูตของประเทศสมาชิก ACAT ได้แก่ อินโดนีเซีย ฟิลิปปินส์ และเวียดนาม เอกอัครราชทูตหรือผู้แทนจากสถานเอกอัครราชทูตของประเทศคู่เจรจาของอาเซียนประจำสาธารณรัฐเฮลเลนิก ได้แก่ ออสเตรเลีย แคนาดา อินเดีย ญี่ปุ่น สาธารณรัฐเกาหลี สหราชอาณาจักร และตุรกี ตลอดจนผู้แทนหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ของกระทรวงการต่างประเทศสาธารณรัฐเฮลเลนิก และภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ ของกรีซ
ภายในงานมีการแสดงทางวัฒนธรรมไทย และซุ้มอาหารของประเทศสมาชิก ACAT เพื่อเผยแพร่วัฒนธรรมและอาหารของอาเซียน

The Royal Thai Embassy in Athens Organised a Ceremony to Celebrate the 59th ASEAN Day in the Hellenic Republic
On 7 August 2026, the Royal Thai Embassy in Athens organised a ceremony to celebrate the 59th ASEAN Day at the Thai Residence. As the current Chair of the ASEAN Committee in Athens (ACAT), H.E. Mr. Sathana Kashemsanta Na Ayudhya, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Hellenic Republic, delivered the opening remarks. The Ambassador spoke on the formation of ASEAN founded on friendship and cooperation, and emphasised the growing relationship between both ASEAN and the Hellenic Republic and ASEAN and the European Union.
H.E. Mr. Dimitris Skalkos, Secretary General for International Economic Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic, and Chairman of Enterprise Greece, gave a speech expressing his gratitude at the continually strengthened relationship between ASEAN and the Hellenic Republic and emphasised the importance of building bridges over building walls, especially in a time with many global challenges.
High-level guests at the ceremony included the Ambassadors or Chargé d'affaires ad interim of ACAT countries, namely Indonesia, the Philippines and Viet Nam as well as representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic. The event was also attended by the Ambassadors or representatives of Dialogue Partner Countries of ASEAN in Athens including Australia, Canada, the Republic of India, Japan, the Republic of Korea, the United Kingdom, and Türkiye.
At the ceremony, there were cultural performances from Thailand and food stations from each ACAT country to showcase their national cuisines.
