Το Lesvos Trail διοργανώνεται από τον Φορέα Τουρισμού Μολύβου σε συνεργασία με την Περιφέρεια Βορείου Αιγαίου, τον Δήμο Δυτικής Λέσβου και την Τοπική Κοινότητα Λεπετύμνου. Έχει την αιγίδα και υποστήριξη της Γενικής Γραμματείας Αιγαίου & Νησιωτικής Πολιτικής και στηρίζεται δυναμικά από φορείς και χορηγούς.
