Fabbrica Olive Museum The Olive museum “Fabbrica” is located at Syvros, a picturesque village in south Lefkada. Guided toor is available from 10:00 to 20:30.

The museum is housed in the building of the old olive oil factory belonging to Tsarlambas family, one of the biggest and oldest families of the island. The building was declared a historic monument by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in 1997. The old olive oil factory was build in the early 1800’s by the ancestors of the current owner and was in operation till the mid of the 70’s.

A wonderful experience for visitors to the island!
The Olive Museum is located in southern Lefkada, specifically in the mountain village of Syvros.
Visitors have the opportunity to watch a video showcasing the modern method of olive oil production, followed by a guided tour explaining the traditional process.
The experience concludes with a tasting of olive oil, olive paste, olives, and other local products.
