GR: 🌿🍇 Η Θεσσαλονίκη "καλλιεργεί, γεύεται και συναναστρέφεται" στη γειτονιά!
H Θεσσαλονίκη, μέσα από μια πολυετή πορεία που συνδέει την τροφή, την αστική καλλιέργεια και τον πολιτισμό, επενδύει σταθερά σε μια πόλη πιο βιώσιμη, πιο συμμετοχική και πιο ανθεκτική. Από πρωτοβουλίες αστικών λαχανόκηπων μέχρι δράσεις που φέρνουν την παραγωγή τροφής πιο κοντά στους πολίτες, η πόλη μας επαναπροσδιορίζει τη σχέση της με το περιβάλλον και την κοινότητα.
Η Αντιδημαρχία Περιβάλλοντος, Αστικού Πρασίνου και Πανίδας σε συνεργασία με την 4η Κοινότητα Θεσσαλονίκης και το διεθνές δίκτυο Αστικών Αμπελώνων (Urban Vineyards Association), για άλλη μια χρονιά γιορτάζουν την Παγκόσμια Ημέρα Αστικών Αμπελώνων προς ένδειξη κατανόησης της σημασίας των αστικών παραγωγικών χώρων, της δικτύωσης των πόλεων με σχετικές πρωτοβουλίες και της ανάγκης για εξωστρέφεια δημιουργικών εγχειρημάτων. Μια γιορτή, που σηματοδοτεί την συνεχόμενη συνεργασία Τμημάτων, φορέων, γειτονιάς, συνεργατών και εθελοντών.
Στην ίδια κατεύθυνση, το Γραφείο Ανθεκτικότητας του Δήμου υλοποιεί καινοτόμα, χρηματοδοτούμενα έργα που ενισχύουν τη βιώσιμη ανάπτυξη και θωρακίζουν τη Θεσσαλονίκη απέναντι στις σύγχρονες προκλήσεις, δημιουργώντας τις βάσεις για ένα πιο ανθεκτικό αστικό διατροφικό μέλλον.
Στην προσπάθεια αυτή, η συνεργασία αλλά και η στήριξη ανθρώπων κυρίως φίλων και συνεργατών, είναι εξίσου σημαντική και αναγκαία.
📍 Αυτή η προσπάθεια παίρνει ζωή την Κυριακή 26 Απριλίου, στον Αστικό Αμπελώνα Θεσσαλονίκης, με ένα ανοιχτό πικ νικ για όλους!
Με αφορμή την Παγκόσμια Ημέρα Αστικών Αμπελώνων, συναντιόμαστε σε έναν ζωντανό χώρο πρασίνου για ΠΙΚ ΝΙΚ, να μοιραστούμε το φαγητό μας, ιδέες και εμπειρίες, χορό. Συζητάμε για την αστική καλλιέργεια, γνωρίζουμε πρωτοβουλίες της πόλης, συμμετέχουμε σε ανοιχτό διάλογο και γιορτάζουμε την κοινότητα.
Μαζί μας θα είναι εκπρόσωποι του ΔΘ, o Αντιδήμαρχος Περιβάλλοντος Αστικού Πρασίνου και Πανίδας Bασίλης Διαμαντάκης, η πρόεδρος της 4ης Κοινότητας Ελευθερία Παπαθωμά, η καθηγήτρια του Τμήματος Γεωπονίας του ΑΠΘ Μαρία Παρταλίδου, η Ελευθερία Γαβριηλίδου εκπρόσωπος του Kipos3 project αλλά και δύο χορευτικές ομάδες της 4ης κοινότητας με χοροδιδάσκαλο τον Βασίλη Αδαμόπουλο.

The Deputy Mayor’s Office for Environment, Urban Greenery and Fauna, in collaboration with the 4th Municipal Community of Thessaloniki and the international Urban Vineyards Association network, once again celebrates World Urban Vineyards Day. This celebration highlights the importance of productive urban spaces, city networking through relevant initiatives, and the need for openness and outreach in creative projects. It is a celebration that reflects the ongoing collaboration between municipal departments, institutions, neighborhoods, partners, and volunteers.
In the same direction, the Resilient Thessaloniki Office implements innovative, funded projects that promote sustainable development and strengthen the city against contemporary challenges, laying the foundations for a more resilient urban food future.
In this effort, collaboration — and especially the support of people, friends, and partners — remains essential.
📍 This effort comes to life on Sunday, April 26, at the Urban Vineyard of Thessaloniki, with an open picnic for everyone!
On the occasion of World Urban Vineyards Day, we gather in a vibrant green space for a PICNIC — to share food, ideas, experiences, and dance. We discuss urban cultivation, discover local initiatives, engage in open dialogue, and celebrate community.
Joining us will be representatives of the Municipality of Thessaloniki, including Deputy Mayor for Environment, Urban Greenery and Fauna Vasilis Diamantakis, President of the 4th Municipal Community Ritsa Papathoma, Professor of the School of Agriculture at AUTH Maria Partalidou, Eleftheria Gvr representing the Kipos3 project, as well as two dance groups from the 4th Community led by dance instructor Vasilis Adamopoulos.
