Στο 10ο Southeast Europe Energy Forum στη Θεσσαλονίκη, η Πρέσβης Kimberly Guilfoyle συμμετείχε μαζί με τον Ειδικό Απεσταλμένο για την Ενεργειακή Διασύνδεση Joshua Volz U.S. Department of Energy και την Επιτετραμμένη της U.S. Embassy North Macedonia Nicole Varnes σε μια σημαντική συζήτηση για την ενεργειακή ασφάλεια, την περιφερειακή συνεργασία και τις στρατηγικές σχέσεις στη Νοτιοανατολική Ευρώπη, με ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στον καθοριστικό ρόλο του αμερικανικού LNG στη διαφοροποίηση του ενεργειακού εφοδιασμού της Ευρώπης.

Η ημέρα ολοκληρώθηκε με την υπογραφή ενός ιστορικού Μνημονίου Κατανόησης για την επέκταση του Κάθετου Διαδρόμου στη Σερβία και τη Βόρεια Μακεδονία, ένα σημαντικό βήμα για την καλύτερη ενεργειακή διασύνδεση της περιοχής, τη διαφοροποίηση των οδών και των πηγών εφοδιασμού και τη δημιουργία μιας πιο ασφαλούς και ανθεκτικής ενεργειακής αγοράς στη Νοτιοανατολική Ευρώπη. ——————————————————————————— At the 10th Southeast Europe Energy Forum in Thessaloniki, Ambassador joined Special Envoy for Energy Integration Joshua Volz U.S. Department of Energy and U.S. Embassy Skopje Chargé d’Affaires Nicole Varnes for an important discussion on energy security, regional cooperation, and strategic partnerships across Southeast Europe – including the critical role U.S. LNG plays in Europe’s energy diversification. The day concluded with the signing of a historic MoU that extends the Vertical Corridor to Serbia and North Macedonia, an important step toward greater regional connectivity, diversified energy routes and sources, and a more secure and resilient energy market in Southeast Europe.

Καλώς ήρθατε στη Θεσσαλονίκη, Γενικέ Πρόξενε Hagengruber! 🇺🇸 🇬🇷

Με χαρά καλωσορίζουμε στη Θεσσαλονίκη τον Γενικό Πρόξενο Mathew Hagengruber και την οικογένειά του. Τις πρώτες κιόλας ημέρες τους στην πόλη, είχαν την ευκαιρία να γνωρίσουν μερικά από τα αξιοθέατα και να πάρουν μια πρώτη γεύση από όσα κάνουν την πόλη και την ευρύτερη περιοχή ξεχωριστές.
Ο Γενικός Πρόξενος Hagengruber έφτασε στη Θεσσαλονίκη μαζί με τη σύζυγό του και τις τρεις κόρες τους. Ανυπομονούν να γνωρίσουν τους ανθρώπους της βόρειας Ελλάδας και να συμβάλουν στην περαιτέρω ενίσχυση των διαχρονικών δεσμών μεταξύ των Ηνωμένων Πολιτειών της Αμερικής και της Ελλάδας.

We are pleased to welcome Consul General Mathew Hagengruber and his family to Thessaloniki. In their first days in the city, they’ve already had the opportunity to explore some of Thessaloniki’s iconic landmarks and experience a little of what makes this city and the region so special.

Consul General Hagengruber comes to Thessaloniki with his wife and three daughters. They look forward to meeting the people of Northern Greece and to strengthening the enduring ties between the United States and Greece.

One of the realities of travel is that passports do get lost or stolen - whether in crowded tourist areas or when left in rental cars. Always remember to keep your passport in a safe place so that you can focus on the important things - enjoying your time in Greece!

Οι Πρέσβεις Kimberly Guilfoyle και Ambassador Tilman J. Fertitta Tilman J. Fertitta συνδιοργάνωσαν στην Κέρκυρα μια ξεχωριστή δεξίωση για τον εορτασμό Freedom250, στο Boardwalk, το σκάφος του Πρέσβη Fertitta. 🇺🇸🇬🇷🇮🇹

Η εκδήλωση έφερε στην Ελλάδα την πρωτοβουλία Freedom250 Coastal Diplomacy του Πρέσβη Fertitta, τιμώντας τα 250 χρόνια από την Αμερικανική Ανεξαρτησία και τους διαχρονικούς δεσμούς που συνδέουν τις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες, την Ελλάδα και την Ιταλία.

Με φόντο το Ιόνιο Πέλαγος, είχαμε την τιμή να υποδεχθούμε εκπροσώπους της κυβέρνησης, της επιχειρηματικής κοινότητας, της ακαδημαϊκής κοινότητας και του πολιτισμού, γιορτάζοντας τις κοινές δημοκρατικές μας ρίζες, τους ισχυρούς δεσμούς μεταξύ των λαών μας και την κοινή μας δέσμευση για συνεργασία, ασφάλεια και ευημερία στη Μεσόγειο.

Fertitta co-hosted a special Freedom250 reception aboard Ambassador Fertitta’s yacht Boardwalk in Corfu. 🇺🇸🇬🇷🇮🇹 The reception brought Ambassador Fertitta’s Freedom250 Coastal Diplomacy initiative to Greece, celebrating 250 years of American independence and the enduring ties connecting the United States, Greece, and Italy. Against the backdrop of the Ionian Sea, we were honored to join guests from across government, business, academia, and culture to celebrate our shared democratic roots, the close bonds between our people, and commitment to partnership, security, and prosperity across the Mediterranean.

✅All U.S. citizens must enter and leave the United States on a U.S. passport. You are not allowed to enter the United States on your foreign passport based on U.S. law.

✅ U.S. citizens are not eligible for a U.S. visa or ESTA.

✅ If your child is a citizen of the United States, he or she is not eligible for a U.S. visa. This is true even if you have not taken steps to document your child as a U.S. citizen. If you want to enter or leave the United States with your U.S. citizen child, you must obtain a U.S. passport for the child.
