Patient Advocate: 671-864-8559 The 36th Medical Group provides outpatient primary healthcare under the TRICARE/ISOS program for all eligible beneficiaries living on Guam. In addition, a collocated dental clinic provides general dental care for all active-duty military members. Pharmacy, laboratory, X-ray and immunizations services are located in the clinic. US Naval Hospital Guam serves as the primary referral source for specialty and inpatient care.

36 MDG is currently experiencing issues with their Appointment Line. Primary Care appointments can be managed on the Patient Portal—attached flyer.

You can use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to accomplish many health care tasks, including booking and managing appointments (see attached flyer for instructional videos).

You can also use your Patient Portal to message your Primary Care Team about routine care or just ask general questions.

When using the Patient Portal to send messages to your Primary Care Team:
- Active duty service members select ‘Andersen Operational Medicine Clinic’
- Everyone else select ‘Andersen Family Medicine Clinic’
