Today, DHAPP went out with DPHSS Deputy Director Amanda Shelton to distribute some water and food support to Yigo residents in the Gil Breeze area. We spoken with residents about how they fared during the storm and checked if they needed any assistance with DPHSS services or connection to any other government services. DHAPP’s team making everyone count for the 2026 Guam Homeless Coalition Point in Time count on January 30, 2026. Volunteer teams went throughout the island to survey almost 200 sites throughout Guam starting at 4am through the evening. DHAPP is proud to be a member of the Guam Homeless Coalition
