The Iconic ITC Building
In 1974, Fujita Property Guam opened the doors to The Guam International Trade Center, (ITC). ITC was Guam's first commercial office building developed in conjunction with the Government of Guam. Banks, airlines, medical clinics, and customs brokers were among the first tenants of the ITC. ITC is Guam's most prominent landmark and has been an icon on the island for many years.
Today, the tenancy at ITC consists of numerous establishments, that include a ballet center, commercial services, consulate offices, engineering firms, government agencies, health care clinics, insurance companies, restaurants, retail stores, a banking branch, and travel agencies.
Tenants enjoy conducting business alongside first rate professionals such as opticians, surgeons, dentists, travel agents, restaurateurs, retailers, educators, artisans, engineers, and executives.
