The Guam Economic Development Authority’s Governor’s Summer Youth Employment Program (GSYEP) participants invite the community to support the Pack to School Donation Drive.
Donations will be accepted July 20–24, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at:

ITC Building, 5th Floor

Requested items:
• 1 backpack
• 1 three-ring binder, 1–2 inches
• 1 pack of college-ruled loose-leaf paper
• 2 two-pocket folders
• 1 pack of mechanical pencils with lead
• 1 pack of black, blue, or red pens
• 1 pack of college-ruled composition notebooks
• 1 deodorant, stick or spray
• 1 pack of pads, any type

Your contribution can help local students feel prepared and ready for the upcoming school year. 🎒✏️

🇬🇺 GEDA Disburses More Than $316,000 in QCCC Series 8 Grants
Yesterday at Adelup, we recognized the recipients of $316,858 in grant funding under the QCCC Grant Program, Series 8.

These funds fuel critical work across Guam, supporting public safety, healthcare, economic development, higher education, and cultural preservation. Since its launch in June 2020, the program has awarded over $2.6 million across 150+ community grants.

We are proud to bridge the gap between economic development and community wellness. Saina ma'åse' to Guam Regional Medical City (GRMC) for their continued partnership, and to our local agencies and nonprofits for their dedication to improving Guam’s quality of life!

With GEDA's support, through the Guam State Trade Expansion Program (STEP), and in partnership with the Western United States Agricultural Trade Association (WUSATA), the Guam delegation of Asiga, Local Jerk Guam, The Coconut Tree Company, and The Green Turtle Coffee is showcasing their Made in Guam products at Food Taipei Mega Show 2026. As Asia’s most influential food industry platform, it features five concurrent expos: Food Taipei, FoodTech Taipei, Taipei Pack, and Bio/Pharmatech Taiwan. With 1,800 exhibitors, over 45,000 attendees are expected including buyers, importers, and other industry professionals. Biba Guam!
