y Group to stay current with scheduled power-outages that may affect your area, storm updates, and other important information that the Housing Flight may pass along. Incoming Members:
• Prior to your departure from your current duty station, please ensure that you contact the Lodging facility to setup your Lodging Accommodations. If there is not availability, they will assist you in making reservations with a Contract Hotel downtown. Lodging can be contacted at 1-671-362-5501.
• If you wish to pre-apply for Family Housing, please complete the Application for Housing (DD 1746), S*x Offender Disclosure, and email these along with a copy of your PCS orders to [email protected] . These forms can be located at http://www.housing.af.mil/andersen/ under the featured documents on the right side of the page. We ask that you report to the Housing Office within 48 hours of checking in with your Unit. In the photos section of this page you will find various pictures of our homes and surrounding areas along with floorplans that are for reference purposes only. Currently there are multiple levels of renovations to our homes, so you will see different layouts for the same category. We cannot offer or guarantee which home your family will be assigned to until your date of arrival.
• Members planning to reside in Housing in the Local Community: There is no need to send an advance application. Please report to the Housing Office within 48 hours of checking in with your Unit for your Referral and Arrival TLA Briefing. Unaccompanied Members: Unaccompanied Housing is provided for unaccompanied Airmen in the ranks of E-1 to E-3 and E-4 with less than 3 years of service. If this applies to you, there is no need to set up lodging reservations. Please contact the Dorm Managers to inform them of your pending arrival. Other unaccompanied service members will be housed in accordance with their Service standard. Dorm Managers can be contacted at 1-671-366-5391 or DSN 315-366-5391

Good Afternoon Family Housing Community,
As we gear up for another major milestone in our Housing Revitalization plan for our community, you will soon see the beginning of our Demolition Project consisting of 59 units (1300 series). Please be mindful in the Ponape, Paradise & Ulithi areas, the posted traffic patterns during this project.
For your reference, we have attached a map reflecting the work zone and traffic control area.
Additionally, we ask that you assist us in creating a safe environment by adhering to the posted signage to include off limit areas throughout the performance of this project.
