Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training CTVET - Guyana The CTVET main role is to engender a human capital development, that is fit for purpose and current for a highly skilled, high waged workforce.

The Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (CTVET) was established by the CTVET Act No. 11 of 2004, to create an inclusive national TVET system that meets international benchmarks. The CTVET has the responsibility to develop, monitor and evaluate a competency-based modularized curriculum to achieve the established roles. This responsibility spans the public and private skill t
