Held in observance of World Environment Day under the theme “A Global Call for Climate Action,” the Green Walk brought together Government officials, members of the Diplomatic Corps, environmental stakeholders, representatives from the private sector, schools, and members of the public in a united show of support for environmental sustainability and climate action.

Among the participants was Prime Minister, Brigadier (Ret’d) Mark Phillips, who joined fellow walkers in promoting environmental awareness and stewardship.

Adding to the vibrant atmosphere along the route was the lively entertainment provided by Parkside Steel Orchestra, whose energetic performances kept participants engaged and motivated throughout the walk.

The event also featured a prize-giving ceremony, with awards presented for categories including Best Banner, Largest Contingent, Best Chant, Uniformity, and several other special prizes.
The EPA extends sincere appreciation to all participants, sponsors, and partners whose support contributed to the success of Green Walk 2026 and helped advance the message of environmental protection and climate action.
