The first Dream Realised Housing Drive for 2026 concluded today at Rosignol, bringing hundreds of families closer to having their own home.

Over 900 house lots were allocated within the Tract 'A' Hope and Tract 'A' Waterloo Housing Developments, while more than 250 Certificates of Title were distributed, providing beneficiaries with greater security and peace of mind.

Every lot allocated and every title issued represents new beginnings, future homes, and opportunities for families to build lasting legacies.

Ninety families in Region Five are now closer to achieving their dream homes after receiving vouchers through the Governmentโ€™s Cement and Steel Housing Subsidy Programme.
Today's distribution represents an investment of $21 million, offering vital support to beneficiaries as they proceed with building their homes.
Minister of Housing , Hon. Collin D. Croal, along with Minister within the Ministry, Hon. Vanessa Benn, joined Permanent Secretary Mr. Bishram Kuppen and CH&PA CEO Dr. Martin Pertab to present the vouchers earlier today at the Rosignol Stelling tarmac.
The initiative continues to promote homeownership and enhance the living standards for families across Guyana.

A record-breaking 1,000 house lots are being allocated today in Region Five as the Ministry of Housing โ€“ CH&PA hosts its first Dream Realised Housing Drive for 2026 at the Rosignol Stelling Tarmac.

The event was officially opened by Minister of Housing, the Hon. Collin D Croal, and Minister within the Ministry, the Hon. Vanessa Benn.
Permanent Secretary, Mr. Bishram Kuppen and Chief Executive Officer of CH&PA, Dr. Martin Pertab were also present at the activity.

In addition to the land allocations, 90 families will benefit from the Government's Cement and Steel Subsidy Programme, while approximately 400 Certificates of Title will be distributed to beneficiaries from housing schemes at Experiment, Blairmont, and Shieldstown.

The lots being allocated are located at the new housing developments at Track C Experiment and Track A Hope, where around 100 acres of land have been developed to support expanded homeownership opportunities in the region.
