In an unorthodox move, ’s Mission ends its long tradition of having an inclusive celebration of by banning outside vendors from participating in it’s Day. Despite many year’s of outsiders supporting the village’s economy, this decision can be seen as segregative rather than in support of village vendors. Villagers deserve to celebrate with a myriad of booths to enjoy beyond the offerings of the village. Will persons decide to go to a different Heritage on September 26th or will this unwelcoming atmosphere stifle a once successful and inclusive tradition? What are your thoughts?
