Today, 27 participants began the Small Business Bureau’s two-day Financial Management and Recordkeeping training. The session, which concludes tomorrow, 15 October, is helping participants strengthen how they track income and expenses and manage their business finances.

The training forms part of the Government of Guyana’s continued support for the growth and development of small businesses.

Taking Guyanese coffee farming beyond our borders 🇬🇾🇯🇲

With sponsorship from the Small Business Bureau (SBB), coffee farmer Reynard Ward attended the Denbigh Agricultural, Industrial & Food Show 2026 in Jamaica.

The show gave him an opportunity to connect with others in agriculture and explore ideas relevant to coffee cultivation, processing and marketing. Experiences like this can help local farmers develop their businesses and identify new opportunities for Guyanese products.

SBB is pleased to support entrepreneurs as they learn, build connections and grow.
