尖沙咀海濱的浪潮，不僅拍打岸邊，更將律動凝固成 Victoria Dockside 的建築線條。從 K11 MUSEA 蜿蜒的實木天花、K11 ARTUS 層疊如浪的陽台、到星光大道上銘刻掌印、隨波起伏的木製扶手，這份流動的氣韻一直延伸至 K11 ATELIER Victoria Dockside 的無邊視野。建築群隨潮汐呼吸，消融陸地與海洋的邊界。
坐擁維港核心策略地段的K11 ATELIER Victoria Dockside，是首個將文化、商業與創新共冶一爐的工作空間。走進大堂，海洋化作指尖可觸的歷史。我們秉持永續美學，拾起 Victoria Dockside 前身 — 1910年建成的「藍煙囪貨倉碼頭」的舊船木，重賦新生。昔日的船板，如今成為靜謐的接待處與牆面。歷經百年風浪的木紋，將時間的厚度錨定於這座現代建築之中。
這不僅詮釋了新世界集團讓生活與文化消弭界限的願景，更在繁華中創造能與歷史對話、 讓靈感如潮水般湧現的港灣。

Waves at the Tsim Sha Tsui Harbourfront do more than lap against the shore — they have crystallised into the architectural silhouette of Victoria Dockside. From the sinuous timber ceiling of K11 MUSEA, the undulating balconies of K11 ARTUS, to the wooden handrails of the Avenue of Stars — bearing the handprints of legends while flowing in sync with the tides, this rhythmic resonance extend all the way to the boundless vistas of K11 ATELIER Victoria Dockside. The architecture ensemble breathes with the tides, dissolving the boundary between land and sea.
Strategically positioned at the heart of the harbourfront, K11 ATELIER Victoria Dockside stands as the first workplace that smelt culture, commerce, and innovation. Step into the lobby, and the ocean becomes a tangible history. Upholding a reverence for sustainable aesthetics, we have revitalised the ship wood from the site’s predecessor — Holt’s Wharf, built in 1910 — giving it new life. These century-old timber grains, which once braved the waves, now anchor the weight of time within this modern architecture.
This not only interprets New World’s vision of dissolving the lines between life and culture but also creates a sanctuary amidst the bustle where city dwellers can converse with the past — a harbour where inspiration surges like the tides.
