隨着歐洲向俄羅斯支付的能源款項下降，俄羅斯從其最重要的收入來源之一獲得的收益亦隨之減少。⁣

歐盟通過的第21輪制裁方案，進一步向俄羅斯施壓，針對其能源產業、金融服務、加密貨幣渠道以及「影子船隊」。⁣

透過限制收入來源並封堵規避制裁的途徑，歐盟正削弱俄羅斯用以維持其對烏克蘭戰爭的資源。⁣

We have disbursed a further €3.47 billion to Ukraine under the defence window of the €90 billion Ukraine Support Loan.

This funding responds directly to Ukraine’s urgent military needs, delivering vital equipment to protect its people and territory:

🔹 Drones, including long-range jet-powered drones
🔹 Air defence systems and missiles
🔹 Gripen fighter jets

In 2026, we will disburse €28.3 billion to strengthen Ukraine’s defence capacity.

By helping Ukraine defend itself against aggression, we are safeguarding our shared European security.

歐亞紀錄片節 2026（EU‑Asia Docs）正式揭幕！

「非常榮幸於 7 月 22 日在 Palace ifc 為今年的歐亞紀錄片節主持開幕。是次活動由歐盟駐港澳辦事處主辦，並與 Broadway Cinematheque 百老匯電影中心 合辦，以及獲得歐盟成員國、瑞士及烏拉圭總領事館的參與和支持。

開幕電影為愛爾蘭 🇮🇪 得獎紀錄片《Gealtra》，以細膩筆觸呈現青年力量、堅韌精神，以及創意與語言的力量。這些主題在香港 🇭🇰 尤其引起共鳴 - 一個一直由年輕一代的活力、創造力與無限潛能所塑造的城市。《Gealtra》提醒我們，不論身在何處，青年人的希望與心理健康始終是我們共同未來的基石。

為彰顯歐盟 🇪🇺 對烏克蘭 🇺🇦 在面對俄羅斯非法全面入侵時的堅定支持，我們今年特別放映烏克蘭電影《Traces》。觀眾切勿錯過 7 月 30 日與導演的映後談。

"It was my great pleasure to open this year EU-Asia Docs, organised by the EU Office to Hong Kong and Macao in association with Broadway Cinematheque and in close cooperation with the Consulates-General of the EU Member States, Switzerland and Uruguay, on 22 July at Palace ifc.

The Festival opened with the award-winning Irish 🇮🇪 documentary “𝗚𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗿𝗮”, a moving reflection on youth empowerment, resilience, and the power of creativity and language. These themes resonate deeply here in Hong Kong 🇭🇰 – a city that has always been defined by the enduring spirit, creativity, and boundless energy of its younger generations. “Gealtra” reminds us that no matter where we are in the world, the hopes and mental well-being of our youth remain the cornerstone of our shared future!

To signal the EU’s 🇪🇺 unwavering support to Ukraine 🇺🇦 against Russia’s illegal unprovoked full scale brutal invasion, we are proud to feature the Ukrainian movie “𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀”. Do not miss the post-screening Q&A with the film director on 30 July.
