🇩🇪🇫🇷🇵🇱 1991 年 8 月 28 日，時任德國外長根舍（Hans-Dietrich Genscher）、法國外長杜馬（Roland Dumas）與波蘭外長斯庫比薛斯基（Krzysztof Skubiszewski）於威瑪聚首，正式創立「威瑪三角」（Weimar Triangle）合作機制，為當代歐洲的共同願景奠定基石，亦拉近了三國人民與社會之間的深厚連繫。

今天，德國外長華德富（Johann Wadephul）、法國外長巴羅（Jean-Noël Barrot）及波蘭外長西科爾斯基（Radoslaw Sikorski）重返威瑪，出席35週年紀念峰會。
跨越 35 年的歲月，「威瑪三角」早已超越傳統的外交框架，將三方的立法機關與民間社會緊密相連。這項三邊合作機制持續為政治與民間對話注入動力，不僅鞏固了歐洲的團結，亦提升了共同行動的決心。
時至今日，「威瑪三角」依然是歐洲凝聚力的重要象徵——特別在堅定支持烏克蘭🇺🇦的立場上，充分展現出各國如何在不同層面上並肩前行，應對時代挑戰，共創共享的未來。

🇩🇪🇫🇷🇵🇱 On 28 August 1991, Foreign Ministers Hans‑Dietrich Genscher, Roland Dumas and Krzysztof Skubiszewski founded the Weimar Triangle to build a shared vision for Europe and to forge closer societal ties between Germany, France and Poland.

Thirty-five years later, Foreign Ministers Johann Wadephul, Jean-Noël Barrot and Radoslaw Sikorski are returning to Weimar for an anniversary meeting.
Beyond diplomacy, this trilateral format deeply connects parliaments and civil societies across all three nations. For over three and a half decades, the the city of Weimar Triangle has injected fresh impetus into political and civil society dialogue, strengthened European unity and enhanced joint action.
Today, the Weimar Triangle remains an important symbol of European cohesion, notably in support of Ukraine 🇺🇦, proving how nations can unite at every level to shape a shared future in the face of common challenges.

經調查證實，俄羅斯須對萊比錫機場企圖發動之炸藥襲擊事件負責。

俄羅斯屢次對德國及歐洲發動混合攻擊，此等行為絕不可接受。外交部長瓦德普爾（Johann Wadephul）與內政部長多布林特（Alexander Dobrindt）今日於柏林強調，混合攻擊對歐洲及跨大西洋安全已經構成持續的威脅。

早前發表的影片聲明中，聯邦政府表示已擬定相應反制措施。

我們謹對在此期間向德國表示支持與團結的廣大合作夥伴及盟友致以謝意。


We now know that Russia is responsible for the attempted explosive attack at Leipzig airport.
Russia's repeated hybrid attacks on Germany and Europe are unacceptable. Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul and Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt underscored today in Berlin the continued threat hybrid attacks pose to European and transatlantic security.
The Federal Government has outlined a response — details in the video above.

今日香港烏克蘭協會邀請到在港烏克蘭社群以及各界好友相聚於香港歌德學院，慶祝烏克蘭第35個獨立日。德國駐港總領事寶德雅博士（Dr. Annika Bolten-Drutschmann）亦非常榮幸獲邀參與今次盛會，藉以向烏克蘭人民展現出的堅毅與不屈精神致敬。寶德雅博士致辭中強調，德國對烏克蘭及其人民的支持始終堅定不移。

「在烏克蘭宣布獨立 35 年後的今天，烏克蘭人民再次向世界證明了『獨立』的真正意義：那就是有權在自己的土地上，不受任何脅迫地決定自己的未來；並能夠光明正大地上街、歌唱，展現屬於自己的文化身分。［……］德國支持烏克蘭的立場從未動搖。一個強大、民主且擁有完整主權的烏克蘭，對整個歐洲都至關重要。［……］德國目前是烏克蘭最大的財政與軍事援助國。［……］我們將繼續與歐洲夥伴並肩，全力支持烏克蘭，直到迎來公平且持久的和平為止。」🇺🇦🇪🇺🇩🇪

Upon invitation by The Ukrainian Society of Hong Kong, the Ukrainian community and the friends and partners of Ukraine celebrated its 35th Independence Day today at the Goethe-Institut Hongkong . Our Consul General Dr. Annika Bolten-Drutschmann was delighted to join the festivities and celebrate Ukrainian culture and its people’s spirit of strength and resilience. In her remarks, she underscored Germany’s unwavering support for Ukraine and its people.

„Thirty-five years after Ukraine declared its independence, its people are once again proving what independence means: the right to determine their own future, on their own soil, free from coercion – and the right to wear, sing, and celebrate identity openly. […] Germany’s position on supporting Ukraine has not wavered. A strong, democratic and sovereign Ukraine is of vital importance to Europe. […] Germany is Ukraine’s biggest financial and military supporter. […] We will stand with Ukraine, alongside our European partners, for as long as it takes to secure a just and lasting peace.” 🇺🇦🇪🇺🇩🇪
