🎨Looking for a midday refresh? The exhibition 𝘚𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘬𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘔𝘺𝘢𝘯𝘮𝘢𝘳: 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘳𝘺 𝘱𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘥𝘦𝘱𝘪𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘔𝘺𝘢𝘯𝘮𝘢𝘳 is now open in the Main Library, and it’s a must-see for anyone curious about Southeast Asian art and culture.

🎨Featuring donated works by Professor Ian Holliday, this exhibition offers a rare glimpse into the diverse stories, beliefs, and everyday moments that make up life in Myanmar. From vibrant colors to quiet reflections, there’s something for every art lover.

🏢 We are proud to present a joint exhibition by the Estates Office, University Libraries, and University Archives featuring architectural models of our campus landmark buildings.

Let’s explore each building’s:

✅ Historic stories
✅ Planned functions
✅ Social responsibilities
✅ Role in expanding the University campus for teaching and learning

🏢 These models will be eventually transferred to the University Archives for permanent retention after the exhibition.

「處」本義是居停、止息之所。

🌾二十四節氣處暑的「處」代表終止或躲藏，乃暑氣將退伏而潛處，由熱轉涼的交替時期。人體進入調整階段，容易出現懶洋洋的疲乏感，俗稱「秋乏」。是彌補盛夏季節帶來人體損耗的反應，體內自我恢復陰陽平衡的過渡性現象。🌓

👩‍🎓 對於課業與活動繁重的學生們來說，節氣交替時，身體需要更多能量適應氣溫變化，若繼續熬夜，學習效率會下降喔。建議大家調整作息，以保持大腦專注力和學習效率。🧑‍💻

✅ 宜早睡早起🛌🏻

比夏天提早 30 分鐘入睡，晚上 11 點前就寢能讓身體充分休息。早睡，順應陽氣之收斂；早起，使肺氣得以舒展。白天讀書才不會腦袋昏沉啊！

🌾 𝘊𝘩𝘶𝘴𝘩𝘶 (End of Heat) marks the turn toward cooler weather. Feeling "autumn fatigue" is your body's natural way of recovering from summer heat and restoring Yin–Yang balance. 🌓

👩‍🎓 Late-night studying would drain your focus. Reset your routine with this simple tip:

✅ Early to bed and early to rise.

Go to bed 30 minutes earlier. Sleeping before 11:00 PM prevents brain fog and keeps your mind sharp!
