社區跟進：健威花園單位天花漏水聯合視察

9月3日，卓兒聯同屋宇署人員及健威花園物業管理團隊，一同前往健威花園一個頂層單位及其天台水缸位置進行實地視察，深入了解及跟進該單位天花長期面對的漏水問題。

視察期間，團隊與屋宇署代表及物管人員詳細檢視了單位不同天花位置的受損狀況，並即場對天台水缸及周邊設施進行了視察，探討滲水成因。

卓兒會繼續密切跟進後續調查，希望相關部門及人員盡快落實有效解決方案，根治居民生活困擾。

社區無小事，卓兒會持續關注區內大廈設施及建築物安全，為街坊打造安心舒適的居住環境！❤️

On 3 Sept, Pearl, along with officials from the Buildings Department and the property management team of Healthy Gardens, conducted a joint on-site inspection of a top-floor residential unit and its adjacent rooftop water tank. The visit aimed to thoroughly investigate and address long-standing issues concerning ceiling water seepage in the affected flat.

During the joint inspection, the team carefully assessed the structural condition of the damaged ceiling and examined the rooftop water supply apparatus, along with the nearby waterproofing.

I will continue to closely monitor the forthcoming technical assessment, urging all relevant authorities and parties to implement robust, long-term remedial measures.

Ensuring structural safety and upholding residential well-being remain at the very heart of our community initiatives.

朝早07:15，下起毛毛細雨，路面濕滑。返學高峰時段交通繁忙，感謝交通警員駐場指揮，令返學道路暢順無阻。

卓兒聯同一班義工開設流動服務站，於學校周邊派發文件夾、拍子簿、鉛筆，提醒家長及同學留意濕滑路面；同時收集街坊對於交通安排嘅意見，持續優化區內上學環境。

下午，卓兒就海港閣因單位內的水泵出現故障，導致淡水未能正常供應事宜，與涉事單位的居民及法團委員進行一大進展而良好的溝通！

↗️現場溝通：卓兒已於下午出席與法團委員及居民就水泵安排及相關問題進行的會面，並且與維修師傅進入單位進行水泵檢查和維修。

↗️恢復供水：27日當天傍晚時分大廈已恢復食水供應。居民可以重新使用食水供應。

↗️Supply Restored: Freshwater supply to the building was successfully restored this evening (27 August). Residents may now resume normal water usage.

【社區跟進：北角繼園臺海港閣停水事件】
【Community Update: Disruption to Freshwater Supply at Harbour Court】

下午時分，卓兒收到海港閣法團委員通報，指大廈因單位內的水泵出現故障，導致淡水未能正常供應至8樓和以上樓層的住戶。由於前期溝通遇到困難，致使停水時間延長。卓兒隨即趕赴現場，與法團委員及居民深入了解情況，並積極協助聯絡涉事單位業主。

最新跟進及處理進展
* 現場溝通：卓兒已於晚上 7 時出席大廈會議，與法團委員及居民就水泵安排及相關問題進行溝通。

* 維修安排：經協調後，已成功與涉事單位業主達成共識，安排於27日下午陪同維修師傅進入單位進行水泵搶修。

* 臨時食水供應：辦事處已即時與水務署協調，水務署正安排車輛及人員放置臨時食水水箱運送至海港閣平台，供有需要的居民取用。

鄰里互助攜手共建美好社區。這次事件充分體現了鄰里之間和睦相處與理性溝通的重要性。特別感謝海港閣法團委員在突發事件發生時的迅速應變與無私付出！

Afternoon, Pearl received an urgent notification from members of the Incorporated Owners (IO) at Harbour Court regarding a disruption to the building’s freshwater supply caused by a pump failure inside a private flat.

Due to initial communication difficulties, the interruption to the supply was regrettably prolonged. Pearl immediately attended the scene to assess the situation alongside IO and local residents, assisting in contacting the owner of the flat concerned.

Latest Progress and Follow-up Actions:

1. On-site Engagement: Pearl attended a building meeting at 7:00 pm to discuss pump arrangements and address residents' concerns directly with the IO and householders.
2. Repairs: Following successful mediation, an agreement was reached with the flat owner. Engineers accompanied by relevant personnel will enter the premises 2026/08/27 afternoon to carry out emergency repairs to the pump.
3. Temporary Water Supply: Pearl liaised with the Water Supplies Department. The department is currently arranging vehicles and staff to deliver two temporary water tanks to the Harbour Court podium for residents’ use.

Neighbourly mutual support is essential to building a cohesive community. This incident underlines the vital importance of constructive dialogue and civic harmony. Sincere thanks must go to the IO of Harbour Court for their prompt response and dedicated service during this emergency.

Following these events, the IO have invited Pearl to join the residents' messaging group. Should any further incidents or neighborhood matters arise, Pearl stands ready to provide immediate coordination and support as a steadfast resource for all residents.

【堅定支持依法懲治危害國安行為 堅決維護憲法權威與法治尊嚴】

特區法院依法對「支聯會」案被告作出有罪裁決，充分彰顯了香港的法治精神與司法獨立。我們堅定支持特區行政、立法及司法機關依法履行維護國家安全的憲制責任，依法防範、制止和懲治一切危害國家安全的行為與活動。整起案件的執法及司法程序公開透明、合理合法。

鐵證如山，依法懲治反中亂港行為

「支聯會」被告多年來持續從事反中亂港活動，其綱領實質就是為了推翻憲法確立的國家根本制度、顛覆國家政權。「推翻中國共產黨領導」嚴重違反憲法禁止性規定，屬明確違法行為。本案事實清楚、證據確鑿，對其依法定罪理所當然。

戳穿虛偽人設，駁斥荒謬謬論

審訊過程徹底戳穿了鄒幸彤、李卓人等被告所謂「民主鬥士」的虛偽人設，揭露其借庭審詭辯轉移爭議焦點、實施政治反宣的險惡圖謀。我們必須嚴正駁斥「香港不適用中國憲法」、「言論自由無罪」等謬論，任何自由與權利均不得超越維護國家安全的法律底線。

揭露美西方雙標，堅決反對外部干涉

美西方外部勢力無視本國嚴格維護國家安全的法律實踐，卻對「支聯會」案被告開脫說項、為反中亂港分子撐腰張目，甚至施壓特區政府與司法機構。這種典型的虛偽「雙標」用心險惡，注定徒勞。

香港是法治社會，有法必依、違法必究。堅決支持特區政府捍衛國家安全與法治尊嚴，保障香港長治久安！

高等法院原訟法庭今日（21日）就「支聯會」及李卓人、何俊仁、鄒幸彤被控違犯《香港國安法》下「煽動顛覆國家政權罪」作出裁決。支聯會、李卓人及鄒幸彤罪名成立，何俊仁則早前已認罪並被裁定罪成，案件押後至8月28日....

青春新力量，關愛傳社區！8月15日，卓兒帶領一班充滿熱誠的青年義工隊伍，深入區內探訪多個獨居長者及雙老家庭。我們除了向長者送上關懷問候、細心詢問他們近期的生活與身體狀況外，亦與大家傾談社區近期的最新進展，讓長者時刻感受到社區的溫情與聯繫。

特別令人鼓舞的是，我們這支青年義工隊伍匯聚了不同領域的青年專業人才，當中包括中醫專業、護理系學生及執業律師等。探訪期間，義工們發揮各自的專業所長，由健康保健調理、日常護理知識，以至基本法律疑難諮詢，多角度切實為居民排難解紛，提供貼心而專業的全方位支援。

這班青年專業義工不辭勞苦，用行動踐行社會責任，為社區注入源源不絕的青春活力與正能量！未來，卓兒會繼續攜手青年力量，主動走進社區每一個角落，把溫暖和實質的幫助送到最需要的街坊手中。

Empowering our youth, extending care across our community! On 15 August, I led a dedicated team of enthusiastic youth volunteers on home visits to elderly residents living alone as well as double-elderly households across the district. Beyond extending warm greetings and inquiring after their health and daily well-being, we shared the latest updates on local community developments, ensuring our senior citizens remain closely connected with our neighbourhood.

Most encouragingly, our youth volunteer team brings together talented young professionals from diverse fields, including Traditional Chinese Medicine, nursing, and legal practice. During the visits, our volunteers drew upon their respective expertise, offering guidance on health cultivation, daily caregiving, and essential legal advice, to address residents' concerns from multiple angles and provide comprehensive, tailored support.

Working tirelessly to fulfil their civic responsibility, these young professional volunteers have injected vibrant energy and positive values into our neighbourhood. Moving forward, I will continue to collaborate with our youth to reach every corner of the district, delivering warmth and tangible assistance directly to the residents who need it most.

No matter is too small when it comes to our community. My team and I will continue walking through every corner of our neighbourhood to serve as every resident's first line of support and safeguard your quality of life.
