Tourism and Hospitality Management is an international, multidisciplinary, open access journal, aiming to promote and enhance research in all fields of the tourism and hospitality industry. It publishes double-blind reviewed papers and encourages an interchange between tourism and hospitality researchers, educators and managers. ch integrity and aim to prevent any type of scientific misconduct, such as: fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, redundant publication and authorship problems. All submitted manuscripts are checked using Crossref Similarity Check (iThenticate). Tourism and Hospitality Management journal is committed to ensuring ethics in publication and quality of articles. It is an open access journal, available through the Hrฤak platform for Croatian open access journals (http://hrcak.srce.hr/thm) and the journal web site (http://thm.fthm.hr/). Today, it is one of the leading scientific journals in the field of tourism and hospitality management in South-eastern Europe and takes a prominent role in providing an information basis for the improvement of tourism and hospitality theory and practice. Nurturing a scientifically based approach to research, the journal publishes original papers along with empirical research and theoretical articles that contribute to the conceptual development of tourism and hospitality management. Editors look particularly for articles about new trends, challenges and developments, as well as the application of new ideas that are likely to affect the tourism and hospitality industry. The general criteria for the acceptance of articles are: contribution to the scientific knowledge in the field of tourism and hospitality management, scientifically reliable research methodology, relevant literature review and quality of the English language. Tourism and Hospitality Management is primarily aimed at publishing original research papers as well as reviews. Teaching and learning case studies and books reviews will also be published. However, professional and technical papers will not be published. The editors reserve the right to return improperly formatted manuscripts to the authors, without peer review. Accepted manuscripts are subject to strict blind peer review by its editorial board or by other anonymous international reviewers. The journal has been published regularly since 1995, twice a year (in June and December) in English language. It is published by the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management, Opatija, supported by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Croatia.
