Soft Skills+ is coming to an end!

Throughout the project, we worked with our European partners to develop and test practical learning resources that strengthen soft skills, independence and inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities.

💙 A big thank you to all our project partners for the wonderful cooperation, shared ideas and commitment.

Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and self-confidence are essential for building meaningful relationships and finding employment.

Our latest SOFT SKILLS+ leaflet highlights how the project is helping educators support people with intellectual disabilities through practical teaching materials, interactive digital games, and a free online course. These resources have been developed and evaluated by experts across Europe to promote more inclusive adult education.

📸 Throwback to one of our Erasmus+ learner mobilities!

We had the pleasure of welcoming two groups from Spain to Rijeka as part of the Erasmus+ programme.

We welcomed 12 learners from FPA La Llotja and 8 learners from Escuela Oficial de Idiomas Los Cristianos for an English language course.

The course helped participants improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills through practical activities, conversations, and group work. Of course, some of the best language practice happened outside the classroom too—while exploring Rijeka, meeting new people, and experiencing everyday life in Croatia.

Thank you to both partner schools for visiting us and for sharing this experience with us. We hope to see you in Rijeka again soon! 💙

DANTE offers tailored learning programmes in Rijeka, combining educational activities, cultural experiences and international exchange.

Our programmes are designed for adult learners and can be adapted to the needs, interests and learning goals of each group. Through workshops, study visits, group activities and local experiences, participants develop new skills, share ideas and connect with people from different countries.

We also support organisations throughout the mobility process and provide the necessary documentation, including the Learning Agreement, Erasmus+ Certificate and Europass Mobility.

Alongside the learning activities, participants have the chance to discover Rijeka, experience Croatian culture and enjoy meaningful time together as a group.

The V-ROADS Competence Framework integrates transversal skills such as teamwork, communication, problem-solving, adaptability, customer service, and professional responsibility across all training modules. ✨ Looking back on a wonderful 𝗘𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗺𝘂𝘀+ 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲!

We had the pleasure of hosting six Multimedia Technology students from Escola Quinta das Palmeiras during their internship in Rijeka.

Throughout their stay, they completed placements at Kastav Euroway , Adria International School , and the 𝗔𝗱𝘂𝗹𝘁 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲, working on a range of multimedia projects, including photography, video production, graphic design, social media content, website updates, and other digital communication activities.

It was a pleasure to watch them grow in confidence, develop new skills, and bring fresh ideas to every project they worked on.

The V-ROADS Competence Framework is aligned with the European Qualifications Framework (EQF), ensuring that its training modules are transparent, competence-based, and recognised across Europe. Positioned at EQF Levels 4–5, the framework supports practical, job-oriented learning while promoting mobility, lifelong learning, and stronger connections between education and the labour market.
