This small modest house in Split's Veli Varos quarter inspired the composer Ivo Tijardovic for his operette "Spli'ski Akvarel" ("The Split Aquarelle"), and this is how it gained it's name - Villa Radulin. "O, kuco mala" - "Oh, you small house".
