🤩Approximately 100 students from the pilot schools in Győr-Moson-Sopron County—Beled, Kapuvár, and Jánossomorja—participated in a special class led by an Austrian expert, Andreas Otmischi (My Academy), as part of the TalentSchool project.

♻️The participating schools and their students have begun working on a joint school project focused on the selective collection of locally generated waste and its subsequent processing using their own equipment.

At its last meeting the previous week, the Monitoring Committee negotiated about twenty-two formally compliant projects.
✅13 standard and 1 small-scale projects were given the green light.

🍏As part of the OrCon project, an operation with strategic importance, Őrségi Nemzeti Park Igazgatóság held the Meadow Fruit Orchards Day in Szalafő and Pityerszer. As part of the event, they inaugurated the new educational trail, "Adventure in the Meadow Orchard."🍎

For this special day, students from the elementary schools in Austria and Hungary also joined the event, participating in a six-station nature-themed game related to the new trail. As the children made their way through the stations, they learned about the importance of meadows and their natural value through fun activities.

On 30 April 2026, the B-FREE Destination project was presented by a representative of the Naturpark Rosalia-Kogelberg at the conference “Capitalising on Cross-Border Bilateral EU Projects in Tourism” in Vienna, organised by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs, Energy and Tourism.
