Collections and Resources
Print collections of reference titles, works of fiction, business, social and/or technical sciences, politics, education and culture. Magazines, journals and U.S. Government reports and publications in printed and electronic form. Online databases and internet access to search for information from U.S Government resources as well as from other international resources. Multimedia collections such as CDs and DVDs for music and film and CD-ROMS for reference information resources. Programs and Activities
1. American experts speak about different aspects of the United States
2. Visiting American scholars hold seminars and conferences together with local scholars
3. Local scholars give talks on both U.S. and Indonesian topics
4. Exhibits that illustrate the diversity of American culture and society
5. Educational advising on study opportunities in the U.S.
6. English teaching and learning activities with Regional English Language Office (RELO), English Language Fellow (ELF) or a number of language centers of host universities
7. Indonesian alumni of U.S. Government exchange programs share their experience of the United States
8. Online seminars using web conferencing or digital video conferencing capabilities
9. Film viewing followed by a group discussion
10. Observation of American national and international holidays
11. Workshops on online research and reference tools
12. Regular meetings, discussions attended by students, lecturers, and/or general public.
