The three British scholars, Paul S. Armstrong, Mohammed Abbasi of the Association of British Muslims, Adnan Sohail from the Minaj Welfare Foundation are ready to spread the face of Indonesian Islam, especially West Java, which is moderate, tolerant, dignified, and peace-loving. This effort is to vanish the image of Islam that is radical, fundamental, and violent.
The statement was conveyed by the Vice Chancellor IV for Cooperation and Institutional Development, Prof. Dr. Hj. Ulfiah, M.Si., when opening a discussion between religious believers organized by UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung in collaboration with the West Java Social Service and Development Bureau (Yanbangsos), West Java Provincial Government and British Council, Wednesday (03/04/2020).
