"Semau Island" is an island that is recorded in the Territory Government Kupang regency, East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. Semau expanded in 2006 into two districts, namely (District Semau) and (South Semau District).

=> (Sub Semau) consists of 8 villages:
1. Village Hansisi
4. Village Huilelot
5. Village Letbaun
6. Village Otan
7. Village Uiasa
8. Village Uitao

f 6 villages:
1. Village Onansila
2. Village Uitiuhana
3. Village Akle
4. Village Uitiuhtuan
5. Village Naikean
6. Village Uiboa

Thus "Semau" called "Semau Island" is a small island located in the western part of the "Timor Island" at a distance that can be counted on our fingers 10. On the "Timor Island" is the engineers work. There are "NTT-Kupang Provincial Capital", "Capital-Kupang municipality", "Capital-Kupang regency", all complete. But this small island (Semau) is untouched in terms of development.! But many people say the island is very undeveloped (outdated), it never seems to be considered by the Government. let us review the construction of the current government in the form of highway along the 3 kilo meters, while what is the length and width of the "Semau Island"?? heheee ...! "Nusa Bungtilu" was the original name "Semau Island". "Nusa Bungtilu" has the meaning as a three-color Flower Island. This flower, not a flower that is in front of our house but the three colors of cotton used to weave the fabric of each tribe peoples. Among others, the colors Black, White and Red. Of interest Helong (Semau Island/Nusa Bungtilu) White cotton represents, symbolizes cotton tribe Timor Red, Black cotton symbolize the tribe Rote, so "Nusa Bungtilu" referred to as the embryo formation "Traditional Weaving" of some interest in "Nusa Tenggara Timur" (NTT). "Semau Island" has a wide range of interest and culture as well as the potential for Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Maritime Affairs. Agriculture Horticulture potential include :: Watermelon, Tomato, Onion, Peanut, Green Beans, Corn, and Vegetables. Potential Livestock includes :: Cow, Goat, Pig and chicken. Potential of Marine Fishery and includes :: Squid, Fish, Sea Cucumber and Seaweed. This potential has not been fully noticed by the Government, but the community continues to work in "Mutual Aid", a voluntary self-building with its own self-financing for development. Therefore, beg the Government to focus attention in terms of this development. On this island, we were free to enjoy the beauty of the hills of very high stone walls stood firm combing every curve of the beach line edges. White sand beach is as white doves fly rhythmic white fur. Clear Water beach is made of liver injury when no hurry to touch it a second though. hmm..! nice..! This small island is also where the Agro-Tourism Infestor willed, White Pigeon "Nusa Bungtilu" must pick up. "You All... Welcome. Thank You.

Dahulu kala, konon merupakan makanan sehari-hari bila makanan pokok seperti jagung telah habis persediaannya. belakangan Daun Kelor justru sulit didapat bahkan ladang yang luaspun tidak luput dari usaha penduduk setempat untuk menanam Pohon Kelor. Rupanya Daun Kelor mengandung berbagai nilai Gizi sekaligus Obat berbagai penyakit. salam🙏
