We have another assignment. We are going to extend a villa in Tangguwiasia, about 12 min drive from Rangdu. We start 9 January 2014. Expected building time about 4 months.

The first contract is a fact. We are going to finish a villa in Kayuputih (south of Lovina in the hills).
With the hotel resort we are now in the pre design phase. Exactly knowing what they want. The next step is to make detailed drawings of 2 types of hotel units and a 2 storey Spa building. And prepare the request for a building permit.

The real estate market is coming into motion again in . PT BaliMotion Indonesia is finally recognised as a quality builder and we have three prospects now:
* a hotel resort that wants to expand with a new Spa and 20 hotelunits
* a villa resort that wants to build a model villa as selling referenece for quality
* a private villa owner that wants us to finish his villa under construction, because disappointing results of the cureent contractor
* a Dutch couple that has bought land in LOvina area and is in search for a quality builder.
Hope we can do them all!!!
