Tirta Empul is a Hindu temple built in 960AD during the Warmadewa Dynastry. The legend is, the rule Mayadenawa, defied Hinduism, forbidding his people to partake in religious prayer and practice. This angered many gods, most of all, Indra, who set out to attack. Mayadenawa retaliated, by using his magical powers to create a poison spring, from which Indra's soldiers drank. Indra, in pure anger, drove is staff into the ground, creating a holy purifying spring, curing his troops.

Indonesia es el país con mas musulmanes del mundo, pero en Bali la mayoría practica el hinduismo. 🕉️
El Pura Tirta Empul, es un templo especial: tiene un manantial que los balineses usan para purificarse.😇
Por supuesto que hay turistas que también lo hacen.
Es uno de los templos más espirituales de Bali, eso sí, por muy místico que sea te cobran entrada y hay que pagar más para purificarse 🤑
