Our organisation wor

ks, primarily with individuals in an outcome focussed, holistic and person-centered way with emphasis on a strengths-based approach encouraging the continued development of critical thinking, solution focussed, and peer to peer learning. There is a strong emphasis on digital literacy to empower each participant as active citizens. This is embedded into our educational model of Project Based Learning which in its most simplistic form means bringing people together to learn through doing to achieve the project objectives. At its core, we work to promote lifelong learning, build soft skills and open up opportunities for each participant to become leaders in their own communities through our Life Coaching training and peer coaching circles Each participant owes their journey of change and build a “toolbox” of skills that increases resilience, ownership and taking responsibility in decision making toward a different future.
