A New Playground for Ballymahon Action Group

We are very grateful for the support from Ballymahon Niftys, the bikers community, the businesses around Ballymahon who rallied up behind our cause and of course our local community who is eagerly waiting to hear from Longford County Council about a potential new site for the new playground project.

The local group who enjoys their Honda bikes and raising funds for local charities, presented a cheque to Ballymahon Action Group.

🫂 An appreciation post to the Ballymahon Niftys committee team, Darren Mulledy, Michael Eagan, and Carol Mulvihill and their respective families for their tremendous efforts in organising a great Honda 50 Fun Run starting in Ballymahon yesterday.

🏍️ We are grateful to the bikers who took part and bought raffle tickets, this made a huge difference in the funds raised for our project. We couldn't have done it without the support of all the businesses, including Fabworx Ltd, main sponsor of the event, who get behind this fundraiser every year. Thank you all so much 👏 we had a wonderful day in your company!

🛝 Funds raised will go towards 10% of the total costs of the future playground, an ambitious project for the children of our community.

Waving the bikers off for the Ballymahon Niftys Honda 50 Fun Run. They will go through Ballymahon, Moyvore, Moate, Kilbeggan and back later today to Peter Hanley Motors around 4:00 pm. All welcome for refreshments and to see the bikes!
