Men’s Health Week 2026

Men’s Health Week is here, and this year’s message is simple:

β€œOne Step at a Time – Progress, Not Perfection.”

Looking after your health doesn’t mean doing everything at once. It starts with one small step, whether that’s getting active, checking in with someone, or taking time for yourself.

Over the coming week, we’ll be sharing tips, resources, and ways to support your wellbeing - physically and mentally.

βœ… Start small
βœ… Stay consistent
βœ… Focus on progress

Let’s take that first step together.
