Eeeeeek!!

In today’s culture we tend to overprotect children from possible dangers in play. We seriously underestimate their ability to take care of themselves and make good judgments. By depriving children of opportunities to play without direct adult supervision, we deprive them of opportunities to learn how to take control of their own lives.

We will be talking about this, and how we can re-evaluate our attitude towards 'risky play' at my FREE Webinar for Parents courtesy of Mayo County Library on Tuesday 12th November.
