Last month, we were delighted to celebrate Men’s Health Week with a special event on the 16th of June, bringing together members of our community for a day focused on health, wellbeing, connection, and support.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, took part, and helped make the day such a success. It was fantastic to see people coming together to raise awareness of the importance of men’s physical and mental health.

Let’s keep the conversation going and continue supporting one another—not just during Men’s Health Week, but all year round. 💙
