Blackwater Honey Founded in 2020, our name and inspiration came from the river Blackwater in County Cork. Our honey is 100% natural and made by our native Irish honeybees.

We have several apiaries throughout Ireland whereby each one produces its own distinctive taste. We are proud to be Ireland's Most Awarded Honey! We produce a highly sustainable product that is 100% natural and made by the native Irish honeybee. We have a strong conservation ethos whereby we only breed the endangered Native Irish Honeybee.
