That’s a wrap for this years Rotary Tree of Remembrance. Once again many thanks to all the people of Cork for their great generosity throughout the Christmas period. This year’s blessing of the Ribbons will take place in the Holy Trinity Church on Saturday 10th of January, at 2.00 pm ( note change of time 👍)

WONDERFUL GESTURE 👏👏👏
At the opening of our Rotary Tree of Remembrance, Sinéad and Zac, who are getting married next week, asked for two hundred ribbons which they will give to each of their guests to fill in the name of a past loved one. Our President Ger Kilcommons was delighted to meet them.
We are very thankful to you both for your generous donation to this years Tree. We wish you both a wonderful day 👰🤵💒 and will be honoured to place your ribbons on the Tree.

Great atmosphere today at the launch of our Rotary Tree of Remembrance. The project combines the energy and manpower of Cork Bishopstown RC and Cork RC . We delighted to welcome District Governor Michael Fleming to be part of the opening Ceremony together with our Club President Ger Kilcommons and Taoiseach , Michàel Martín. The Tree will open up to late Christmas Eve.
