With September now upon us, it’s time for a reminder of the annual 34th La Touche Legacy Seminar / History at Greystones Golf Club., Friday 20th and Saturday 21st
This is the ninth Festival of History, organised by the La Touche Legacy Committee in association with the Greystones Archaeological and Historical Society, and like its predecessors features an exciting and eclectic programme which is sure to appeal to Wicklow’s many history enthusiasts. Speakers include a number of the country’s most eminent historians, and topics cover both national & local topics.

Delgany Tidy Towns Clean Up Event 2022

Saturday 14th May 10am - 1pm

Sunday 15th May 10am - 1pm

We need your help to clean Delgany. Can you join us on the weekend of the clean up?

It’s a great way of meeting your neighbors, so come and join us, you will need to wear gloves and if you have some gardening tools bring them too . There are 10 Zones in Delgany that we need volunteers to help with. All areas need rubbish to be bagged, pathways, walkways cleared, weeds removed and overgrowth cut back. Join us at any meeting area and you will see them set up throughout the village. it is best to turn up as near to 10am as you can, so we can give you the jobs required. We want to do well in The Tidy Towns Awards, so if you can’t make the weekend clean up please do go out and clean your areas before July.
