The HSE South West is running six free information evenings across Kerry this September and October.
The ‘Plan Today For Peace of Mind Tomorrow’ series will help people, families, and carers plan for their future health and care needs.
➡️The project is a partnership between the HSE South West, SAGE Advocacy and Healthy Age Friendly Homes.
The main goal is to give practical advice so people can live safely and independently at home for as long as possible.
Everyone is welcome to attend and no booking is required. All events start at 8pm at the following locations:

⭐ Activator Pole Pop-Up Workshop ⭐

Join us on Friday 4th of September in Di**le for a free, fun and active session using Activator Poles, which are specially designed walking poles that help improve balance, movement, posture, and overall wellbeing.

There will be a trained tutor available to demonstrate how to use the poles correctly. She will also go through some gentle exercises that can be done using the poles. This pop up workshop is suitable for all fitness levels 🚶

Have you ever dreamed of making a film or trying yourself as an actor? Here is your chance! We invite teenagers aged 12–15 to join our free 6-week filmmaking course.
Over 6 weeks, guided by professional filmmaker Clint Fitzgerald, you will dive into all stages of film production:

• 🎥 Camerawork & shooting
• 💡 Lighting & sound design
The ultimate goal: by the end of the project, you will shoot your very own short film, which will be submitted to Irish Youth Film Festivals!
