🍽️ New Hospitality and Food Safety programme starting this June!

This initiative is designed to give the participant the practical skills and hands-on experience needed to kickstart a career in the culinary arts.

✅ What’s included:

- Food Safety Certification: Get certified and ready for the kitchen.
- Gear Provided: Every participant will be supplied with a professional bib apron.
- Guaranteed Placement: MTU & NEWKD will source your work placement for you.
- Ongoing Support: SICAP workers Louise & Jennifer will be there to support you before, during, and after your placement.

The Details:
⏰ Hours: 10:00 – 15:00 on highlighted programme dates.

✨Work Experience: Participants will complete an additional 3 days of work experience each week.

📈Progression: This is the perfect stepping stone for those interested in the Minor Award in Culinary Skills starting this September!
This Level 6 Certificate in Culinary Skills is a part-time programme designed to prepare graduates for professional roles in restaurants, gastro pubs, and catering.
