Happy St. Patrick’s Day from all of us here at Toners ☘️

At Christmas time the house is usually lit up in a mix of colours throughout the season. But tonight it’s just the one — green — to mark St. Patrick’s Day and to honour our patron saint and this little corner of Ireland we’re proud to call home here in Drogheda, Co. Louth.

It’s a simple touch, but one that feels right for the day that’s in it.

And just like that, this year’s Christmas light display has come to an end ✨

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who stopped by, enjoyed the lights, and so generously donated to the Gary Kelly Cancer Support Centre. It truly means the world to us, and we hope you and your family made some special memories along the way.

We’ve put together a short video with a few highlights from this year’s display. While the inside of our home isn’t quite as decked out as previous years, here are a few little snippets we wanted to share with you.

As the Christmas Eve evening magic✨ begins, we’d like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas from our home to yours.

A huge thank you to everyone who visited our light display this year — we truly hope it brought a little extra magic to your Christmas. We are also incredibly grateful to everyone who made a donation. All donations received will be sent to the Gary Kelly Cancer Support Centre, and your generosity is deeply appreciated.

The lights will be shining again tomorrow and will continue right through to Little Christmas.

🎄 Important Update from the Toner House! 🎄

We regret to inform you that, due to adverse weather conditions, our light display will not be operating this evening. Thank you for your understanding.

But great news—the magic begins tomorrow! Our Christmas lights will be switched on and glowing for all to enjoy. ✨

🎅 And even more excitement… Santa Claus has officially taken up residency in the Toner house! Keep your eyes peeled—you might just catch a glimpse of him if you're lucky!

Finally, we hope all the boys and girls have a wonderful time watching the Late Late Toy Show tonight—and make sure to enjoy lots of treats! 🍬🎁

A Few Friendly Reminders to Keep the Magic Merry & Bright:

• Please enjoy the lights from the roadside. The Slane Road can get quite busy, so take extra care, stay visible, and keep the Christmas spirit shining!

• Help us be good neighbours by keeping driveways clear and avoiding parking on grass verges.

• All donations collected will go directly to the Gary Kelly Cancer Centre in Drogheda.

Hi Everyone👋

we are busy putting the finishing touches to this year's light display and we can't wait to share it with you.

We hoped to switch on our lights this weekend, but the weather forecast has delayed this. We will announce our start date and times on our page very soon, so keep an eye out!

Can you believe we have been putting lights in our garden for over 27 years! Time flies when you're having fun✨
