Our Ambassador – Our Voice
Ambassador U Kyaw Moe Tun’s continued presence at the United Nations as Myanmar’s representative gives the people of Myanmar an important opportunity for their voices to be heard by the world.
Whenever Ambassador U Kyaw Moe Tun has had the opportunity to speak and engage in discussions, he has consistently spoken up for the people of Myanmar. He has worked tirelessly to ensure that their voices are heard and that the world knows what is truly happening in Myanmar.
That is why the military, led by Min Aung Hlaing, has attacked U Kyaw Moe Tun in every possible way and has desperately tried to take Myanmar’s seat at the United Nations.
If the United Nations does not allow U Kyaw Moe Tun to continue in his position and instead leaves Myanmar’s seat vacant, it would effectively silence the voices of the people of Myanmar and prevent the world from hearing them.
Even worse, if Myanmar’s seat is given to a representative of the military, it would mean disregarding the will of the people of Myanmar and opening the door to the military’s lies and propaganda.
U Kyaw Moe Tun is the Ambassador of the people of Myanmar.
U Kyaw Moe Tun is the Voice of the people of Myanmar.
Do not silence the voices of the people of Myanmar.
Do not open the door to the military’s lies and propaganda.
