🚗 Parking Update for parkrun this weekend 🚗

You may notice a couple fewer parking spaces in the Dodder Valley car park, as new electric vehicle charging stations have been installed by SDCC ⚡🔋

While this is a great addition, it does mean parking might be a little tighter than usual.

If the main car park is full, there’s plenty of additional parking available in Aherne’s car park just across the road - only a short walk away 👍

🌧️ Weather watch: We’re keeping an eye on Storm Dave as it heads our way… it could make for a slightly wet and windy parkrun! So dress accordingly and come prepared for all seasons (possibly within the same 5k 😄).

As always, if you can carpool, cycle or jog to the start, even better!

South Dublin County Sports Partnership announce the launch of a new Parkrun in Dodder Valley.

South Dublin County Sports Partnership, in partnership with the HSE, announce the launch of their new weekly Parkrun event in Dodder Valley Park following the upgrade of the park walkways by South Dublin County Council. Launching with its first run on the 5th of November 2022, this FREE weekly Parkrun event will work to serve the local neighbourhoods like Firhouse, Knocklyon, and Tallaght as well helping to create a better community for all in the wider South Dublin County community.
