Tá daoine a bhfuil na cáilíochtaí agus an díograis chuí acu chun glacadh le ról an Ardoifigigh Feidhmiúcháin (AOF) atá Líofa sa Ghaeilge á lorg ag an Státseirbhís anois. Thabharfadh an ról deis iontach do dhaoine cumasacha, díograiseacha, ar mhaith leo dul i ngleic le dúshláin nua, obair fhiúntach a dhéanamh agus difríocht a dhéanamh ar mhaithe le leas Stát agus mhuintir na hÉireann.

Meánbhainisteoirí a bhfuil taithí acu is ea AOFanna agus tá ról lárnach acu maidir le foirne a threorú, soláthar a bhainistiú agus tacú le tosaíochtaí roinne agus trasrialtais agus bíonn siad in ann tabhairt faoi na dualgais ar fad a thugtar dóibh trí mheán na Gaeilge. Agus iad ag obair faoi Phríomhoifigeach Cúnta, bíonn ról tábhachtach ag AOFanna maidir le polasaithe agus straitéis a chur i bhfeidhm agus maidir le seirbhís den chéad scoth a chur ar fáil don Stát agus do mhuintir na hÉireann.
