Continuous learning is essential in a fast-moving technology landscape and stories like Fiachra’s show why investing in our people matters.

Using Pluralsight, Fiachra found a learning platform that worked around the demands of day-to-day work through its clear structure, alignment with exam objectives, and flexible format.

The combination of short, focused video content, written resources, and hands-on labs helped him break down complex security concepts, identify knowledge gaps, and build confidence across key domains.

With regular check-ins and dedicated learning time supported by his manager, Fiachra’s achievement reflects both his own commitment to continuous development and the value of creating space for learning within our teams.

His success is a great example of how the right learning tools can support professional growth, accelerate development, and help our teams stay ahead in an evolving digital and cybersecurity landscape.
