Student 2 Student Student2Student (S2S) Offers Mentoring and Peer Support to students of Trinity College Dublin

S2S is a student-led initiative designed to ensure any student in Trinity can get information and support from another student, find a friendly face to have a chat, talk things through or just ask a few questions when you're not sure who to approach. S2S offers Peer Mentors to every incoming undergraduate student and visiting student in the College. We also have a highly trained team of Peer Suppo

rters available for all undergraduate and postgraduate students. The S2S Society also runs exciting and inclusive events throughout the year for all our mentor volunteers and all their mentees.

📣Applications are now open for S2S Peer Support!📣

The Peer Support programme is different to Mentoring. Peer Supporters undergo extensive training and offer 1:1 listening support to any student in Trinity.

To become a Peer Supporter you must submit an application (available at link in our bio). Applicants will be shortlisted for interview, and if successful, will be invited to attend training in May.

Postgraduates are welcome to apply, but please note that training takes place in May and you must be a student in Trinity and available for casework from September 2026 to May 2027.

A quick reminder about how to use the S2S Events Funding process 🍕☕

S2S covers reasonable event-related expenses incurred wholly and necessarily during approved volunteering activities.
That means we have a small budget to help cover some food items to support volunteer meet-ups.

If you’re planning a get-together with your mentees, don’t forget to submit a funding request at least 7 days before your event if you want some snacks!
