ntellectual disabilities. Description:
The Order of Malta Ireland is part of an International Organisation working in over 120 countries, with a heritage stretching all the way back to the Knights Hospitallers who were brought to Ireland in 1174 whose mission was to 'serve the sick and the poor'. In 1934 the Irish Association or the Order of Malta Ireland was established and four years later in Galway in 1938, we launched the first Order of Malta Ambulance Corps providing first aid, ambulance and casualty services to the local community. Our day to day experience of dealing with first-aid emergencies on the ground allows us to offer a full range of professionally delivered courses suited to the needs of our clients and all revenue generated from these services is dedicated to our charitable work. FUNDRAISING
