FLASHBACK: So just how did Reuters and (in our original post) Euro-news, manage to report the exact Fiscal Treaty Referendum result at 11:44 Thursday, 5th 2012, the day before the count began? IPAC will never in good conscious accept the ratification of the thirtieth amendment of the Constitution while a cloud of doubt exists over this result.
